Services We Offer

The scope we handle

Kitchen remodeling and bathroom renovations from design through to the last piece of trim, including the plumbing and electrical they sit on. Holiday Kitchens cabinetry, countertops templated to the installed cabinets, tile and proper waterproofing, lighting, interior work in any room, and handyman jobs when that is all you need.

A kitchen we built here

Full-height white shaker cabinetry, a quartz island with a wine refrigerator built into it, and a wall of glass onto a screened lanai looking over the lake. The photographs below are that house. It is a good example of what the newer stock around here responds to: the rooms are already open, the ceilings are tall, and the gain comes from using the height properly and choosing surfaces that can take the light.

Three towns wearing one name

There is no single Jupiter house. Along the river and near the inlet are properties that have been remodelled more than once already, where the work is as much about correcting the last renovation as adding anything. Abacoa, built from the late 1990s on, is a different job again: sound houses roughly twenty-five years old, where the kitchens are open but the finishes have dated and the cabinetry has had two decades of family life. Then there are the golf and yacht communities – Admirals Cove, Jonathan’s Landing, The Loxahatchee Club, which despite the name is here and not in Loxahatchee – where a kitchen is a serious project with a budget to match. We take work in all three.

Permits for anything that moves plumbing or electrical go through the town’s own building department. We make the application.

Salt air is a design constraint, not a detail

Close to the water, hardware and finishes have opinions about how long they intend to last. We steer towards stainless and solid brass, sealed stone, and cabinet finishes that tolerate humidity, and away from the budget options that look tired within a year or two. If you want the cheaper fitting we will fit it, but you will hear our view first.

If the house is empty over the summer

A large share of our year is spent working in houses whose owners are north. The sequence is simple: choose everything in spring while you are still here, leave a key, receive photographs as it progresses, come back in the autumn to a finished room. Many associations prefer renovation work to happen in those quiet months anyway, and their rules vary considerably from one to the next, so we plan around the calendar your community actually keeps.

Questions Jupiter owners ask

The kitchen is twenty-five years old but not falling apart. Is it worth doing?

Usually yes, and usually for less than people fear. The layout in a late-nineties house is often sound, so the money goes into cabinetry, counters and lighting rather than moving walls. We will tell you honestly if a refresh serves you better than a rebuild.

We are on the river. Does that change the work?

It changes the specification more than the schedule. Humidity and salt reach further inland than people expect, so material choices matter more, and older riverfront houses often hide surprises from previous renovations.

Do you work in Tequesta and Jupiter Farms too?

Constantly, and they are genuinely different jobs – Tequesta permits through its own village, and much of Jupiter Farms is unincorporated county on well and septic. There are pages for Tequesta and Jupiter Farms if that is where the house is.
